FAQ
- Are fees included in the prices?
- Yes. Every price you see on Radartix is all-in — face price, taxes, service fees, and delivery rolled in. No checkout-tax surprises.
- Where does the data come from?
- We pull live listings from every major marketplace — Ticketmaster, StubHub, SeatGeek, Vivid Seats, Gametime, TickPick, and Viagogo. Coverage varies by event; we list everything we can see.
- How do you decide what a fair price is?
- We snapshot the cheapest all-in price on every refresh and compute the 7-day median. If the current floor is meaningfully below or above that median, the verdict tells you so.
- How fresh is the data?
- We refresh every six hours. Marketplaces themselves can change prices second-by-second, so always confirm the price on the marketplace before checking out.
- How do price alerts work?
- Set a dollar threshold for any event. We'll watch and email you the moment the cheapest all-in price drops at or below your number. Alerts are free.
- Do you sell tickets?
- No — Radartix is a price comparison tool. When you click a ticket link, you complete the purchase on the original marketplace. We don't take inventory, set prices, or process payments.
- How do you make money?
- Affiliate commissions. When you buy through one of our links, the marketplace may pay us a referral fee. We never mark up the price you pay.
- My event isn't here. Why?
- We index Sports, Music, and Arts/Theatre events with confirmed venue and date. If yours isn't here, it may not be on the marketplaces we track yet, or it may be too far out — we focus on events within roughly the next year.
- Can I get my listing taken down?
- Email [email protected] with the event slug and the reason. We honor takedowns from rights holders and venues.
